1. Application

1.1. This Agreement covers exclusively every sale of products within the Greek and European Union territory, through the website www.lovenstrife.com, of the sole proprietorship under the name "ZACHAROPOULOU GEORGIOS ANASTASIA TOU GEORGIOU", with the distinctive title "LOVE & STRIFE", the which is located in Vasilika, Thessaloniki, Kyparisia Street, PC 57006 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), under the sole assistance of the specific terms and agreements.

1.2. Use of this website for commercial purposes of third parties is prohibited.

1.3. "LOVE & STRIFE" reserves the right at any time and without your prior notice to remove and / or modify the e-shop, its terms of use and the terms of transactions.

2. Products

2.1. LOVE & STRIFE products are offered according to their availability.

2.2. LOVE & STRIFE reserves the right to withdraw or modify its products in the e-shop at any time, without your prior notice.

3. Orders

3.1. Orders are sent in writing via the Internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website: www.lovenstrife.com. Your order is considered received by LOVE & STRIFE from the moment the registration is completed and the relevant confirmation email has been sent to you or if you have chosen to pay by card once its payment has been approved / confirmed, at which time you will be notified the relevant indication "Confirmation of Order Registration". You must check the Registration Confirmation and immediately notify LOVE & STRIFE in writing of any errors, otherwise the information in the Registration Confirmation will apply to this Agreement.

3.2. Order status updates appear on the user's screen and are emailed to the user's contact email address.

3.3. LOVE & STRIFE reserves the right not to accept an order at its sole discretion (indicatively, reasons related to the product, the order, the shipment are mentioned).

3.4. The electronic display of the goods on the website does not constitute a proposal for concluding a contract but an invitation for the submission of a proposal by the consumer

3.5. The contract is not considered drafted and LOVE & STRIFE reserves the right to accept your offer after checking the inventory and the correctness of the listed price of the product, which may differ from the one listed on the website depending on the time of your order and the amount of the reserve

3.6. LOVE & STRIFE reserves the right to cancel an order, which has already been registered, for as long as the product has not been delivered

3.7. If your order is not accepted, any money that may have been deducted from your account or paid by credit card will be refunded in full.

3.8. LOVE & STRIFE reserves the right to withdraw from the website any product at any time and / or to remove and / or edit any material or content on this website

3.9. Despite our efforts to constantly update the website and the details of the displayed products, there may be changes, of which you will be informed before the completion of your order.

3.10. Order cancellation.

LOVE & STRIFE has a mechanism for canceling an online order only (in whole or in part) that has already been registered in the online store. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) until the end of the day of the order, with your details and the order number you must send an e-mail to support@lovenstrife.com and we will undertake its cancellation.

4. Price / Prices

4.1. The listed product prices include the legal VAT. The cost of transport is borne by you. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on product number and shipping address.

4.2. The price you pay is the total price of the product(s) and shipping costs.

4.3. The prices of the products of the online store and the transport (transport costs) can change at any time. The listed prices of the products are valid for purchases from the online store. The prices of the products for purchase through a physical store may vary. "LOVE & STRIFE" does not bear any responsibility for any price difference.

4.4. Ownership of the product is transferred after full payment of the above price.

4.5. Invoices are issued to companies and freelancers, provided they complete all the required information when ordering.

5. Shipping-Delivery

5.1. The user can choose through the online store the address where they wish to receive their order.

5.2. The products can be sent to you at any point within the Greek Territory and selected european countries (for more info check FAQs) you choose when registering your order with a courier service.

5.3. Deliveries will be made daily, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

5.4. "LOVE & STRIFE" is not responsible for untimely delivery, due to incorrect registration of your data (eg incorrect address) or your absence, as well as for untimely delivery in the following cases:

  • In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

  • In case it is impossible to communicate with you by phone and / or by e-mail.

  • In case of obstruction in relation to the payment of your order.

6. Product Returns

Returns of products that have been sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:

6.1. if the product/products delivered to you is/are defective (eg if the product has been altered or damaged during transport), LOVE & STRIFE provides you with the possibility of replacement or refund within 30 days. The return to replace the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Invoice, Retail Rep. Etc.) and its complete packaging.

6.2. if the product/products delivered to you is/are different from the ones sold, by type or quantity or is missing a quality previously agreed in writing with LOVE & STRIFE, the customer can return the products for inspection and error detection and product / products replacement. In this case, the costs of returning the products to our headquarters are borne by LOVE & STRIFE as long as the return method proposed by the company is observed.

6.3. in case of delivery of products with a delay of more than 30 days due to a reason not included in the following: *

In this case the return of the products is done after consultation with LOVE & STRIFE exclusively within 5 days from their receipt and the return costs are borne by LOVE & STRIFE.

* Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

1. In times of extreme weather events, pandemics or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order

2. In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail

3. If there is a problem with your order such as:

  • In relation to the product you ordered

  • In relation to its payment

  • The information you have entered is not properly updated

6.4. In any case, returns are accepted only after consultation and must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the product packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition. In addition, in all cases the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Invoice, Retail Rep. Etc.)

6.5. Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. The refund to the customer will be made by the same means as the initial collection.

6.6. Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult the LOVE & STRIFE online store.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. LOVE & STRIFE in the context of its transactions from the online store is not responsible and is not obliged to compensate for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, non-execution or delay in their execution, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs based on the observed data about the availability or not of the interested customer and undertakes in case of change of these data, to inform the customers in time about the non-availability in which case bears no further responsibility. The online store provides the content (eg information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website "exactly as they are". In no case is LOVE & STRIFE liable or criminally liable for any damage (positive, special or negative, which indicatively and not restrictively, divisively and / or cumulatively consists in loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) that any visitor to the online store or a third party for reasons related to the operation or not and / or use of the website and / or inability to provide services and / or products and / or information available from him and / or any unauthorized interference by third parties with products and / or services and / or information available through it.

8. Method of Payment

8.1. The cash on delivery service is provided with at the cost of 2€ and is available for orders within Greece and is valid for purchases of any value.

8.2. Our online store accepts only credit / debit cards Mastercard, American Express, Visa & Maestro, any bank through SSL Security Protocol (SecurityCertificate & SSL Technology), the confirmation of which is done through the 3D SecureNetwork system of VISARD and MASTER.

8.3. All card payments are processed through the Stripe electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

8.4. Our online store does not collect or store your credit card information in any way, and for this reason you need to re-enter it every time you use your credit card to transact through it.

8.5. In all payment methods there is the option of issuing either a retail receipt or an invoice. Invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, if they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number. and professional activity for the self-employed.

9. Withdrawal

Return of non-defective products - Right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer

9.1. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:

This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to LOVE & STRIFE for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

9.2. The withdrawal statement (open in new window) is exercised in writing or electronically and LOVE & STRIFE is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it arrives.

9.3. The consumer must within 14 days from the day they notified LOVE & STRIFE of their request for withdrawal, return the product (s), in accordance with the terms of this paragraph.

9.4. The refund to the customer will be made by the same means as the initial collection. Specifically in the case of debit by credit card as follows: in case the price has been paid to LOVE & STRIFE by the Bank until the withdrawal and return of the item, LOVE & STRIFE will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will carry out any action provided on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer. LOVE & STRIFE after this information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract.

9.5. The customer is responsible to compensate LOVE & STRIFE if they made use other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal.

9.6. In case of opening the package the value of the product is automatically reduced as the product is characterized as used and the customer must compensate LOVE & STRIFE for reducing the value of the product. The reduction of the value from the opening of the package and consequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case by case basis and is determined by LOVE & STRIFE and is usually in the order of 20% -30%. LOVE & STRIFE is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even by mutual set-off.

9.7. In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

9.8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Exceptionally, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from contracts outside the commercial store (article 3b of JMC Z1-891 / 13-06-2013) in case of purchase of products which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for hygiene reasons.

10. Force Majeure

LOVE & STRIFE is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases which can not be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of execution time. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts, and natural disasters.

11. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction

All transactions you make through "LOVE & STRIFE" are governed by International and European law, which regulates issues related to e-commerce, as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to remote sales.

12. Shipping your order means that:

  1. You have read and understood the terms herein and you accept them unconditionally.

  2. The products are intended for your own consumption or for the consumption of the person to whom they are sent and their further promotion and resale is prohibited. The distribution of the packages that accompany them is also prohibited.

  3. It is your obligation to provide your personal data accurately.

  4. You are the legal holder of the credit you use for your transaction (in case it belongs to another, you have his consent for the transaction) and that the credit card has not been canceled or used in any way.

  5. The email address you declare and use belongs to you, it is accurate and active.

  6. Maintaining the confidentiality of your password is your sole responsibility and you will not allow anyone else to use it.

  7. "LOVE & STRIFE" reserves the right not to accept your order.

  8. Guarantee the safe use of the website from your computer against virus transmission.

  9. Your connection to the e-shop is at your own risk as to the possibility of causing any damage to your computer and its software (from any transmission of viruses), which you know, that you run during its connection and you undertake in full .

  10. You are obliged to compensate "LOVE & STRIFE" in full (representatives, employees and associates) for any damage resulting from your violation of this.

  11. Any liability of "LOVE & STRIFE" for any issue arising from this is limited exclusively to the price of your order, and you waive any of your claims for any excessive damage.
