Return Policy

Returns of products that have been sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:

1. if the product / products delivered to you are defective (eg if the product has been damaged or damaged during transport), LOVE & STRIFE provides you with the possibility of replacement or refund within 30 days. The return to replace the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Invoice, Retail Rep. Etc.) and its complete packaging.

2. if the product (s) delivered to you is different from the ones sold, by type or quantity or it lacks a quality previously agreed in writing with LOVE & STRIFE, the customer can return the products for inspection and verification error and product / product replacement. In this case, the costs of returning the products to our headquarters are borne by LOVE & STRIFE as long as the method of return proposed by us is observed.

3. in case of delivery of products with a delay of more than 30 days due to a reason not included in the following: *

In this case the return of the products is done after consultation with LOVE & STRIFE exclusively within 5 days from their receipt and the return costs are borne by LOVE & STRIFE.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

1. In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order

2. In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail

3. If there is a problem with your order such as:

  • In relation to the product you ordered

  • In relation to its payment

  • The information you have entered is not properly updated

In any case, returns are accepted only after consultation and must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the product packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition. In addition, in all cases the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Invoice, Retail Rep. Etc.)

Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made.

Order cancellation

Our LOVE & STRIFE has a mechanism for the cancellation of an online order only (in whole or in part) that has already been registered in the online store. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) until the end of the day of the order, with your details and the order number you must send an e-mail to support@lovenstrife.com and we will undertake its cancellation.

Return of non-defective products - Right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:

This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged to LOVE & STRIFE for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

The withdrawal statement is exercised in writing or electronically and LOVE & STRIFE is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it arrives.

The consumer must within 14 days from the day he notified LOVE & STRIFE his request for withdrawal, return the product (s), in accordance with the terms of this paragraph.

The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made. Specifically in the case of debit by credit card as follows: in case the price has been paid to LOVE & STRIFE by the Bank until the withdrawal and return of the item, LOVE & STRIFE will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will carry out any action provided on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer. LOVE & STRIFE after this information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract.

The customer is responsible to compensate LOVE & STRIFE if they made use other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal.

In case of opening the package the value of the product is automatically reduced as the product is characterized as used and the customer must compensate LOVE & STRIFE for reducing the value of the product. The reduction of the value from the opening of the package and consequently from the characterization of the product as used is examined on a case by case basis and is determined by LOVE & STRIFE and is usually in the order of 20% -30%. LOVE & STRIFE is entitled to agree with the customer its compensation even by mutual set-off.

In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other in full or partial offset of this claim against the customer.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

As an exception, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw in the following cases of out-of-store contracts (Article 3l of JMC Z1-891 / 13-06-2013):

Products that are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, may not be withdrawn.
